+Due to some Limitations of the Windows Remote Desktop Client, we recommend to use AnyDesk.
+===== Remote Desktop Configuration =====
+  - Display the **Windows Run dialog box** by pressing the **Win + R** keys (the Windows key and the “R” key at the same time) on the keyboard. This will display the Windows **Run** dialog box.
+  - Type **gpedit.msc** in the Open entry and then press the Enter key or click the [OK] button.
+  - The **Local Group Policy Editor** application will be displayed. Using the navigation panel on the left side, select //Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Remote Session Environment > RemoteFX for Windows Server 2008 R2//
+  - On the displayed panel, right-click the **Configure RemoteFX** entry and then select **Edit** from the displayed context menu.

+By default Windows Remote Desktop (RDP) does not allow to use OpenGL applications. For NVIDIA graphics cards there is a tool available to enable this functionality:

+Download the nvidiaopenglrdp.exe tool and run as administrator. Download requires a NVIDIA login.
+===== AnyDesk =====
+Download the software from https://anydesk.com/.
+The Software is ready for use immediately after download, an installation is not necessary.
+However, in order to enable FAST Protect GmbH to unattended access, an installation is necessary.
+To install AnyDesk, click on "Getting Started" after starting it. Then select on the left side "Install AnyDesk", and after "Accepting and Installation".
+Remember the AnyDesk Address you can see on the left side of the opening page.
+If you want to allow FAST Protect GmbH to get unattended access, please click on "Set a password" and in the following screen on "Enable unattended access...".
+You can use "Allow always" or "Allow only if AnyDesk window is open" to determine whether you want to restrict access to your PC when the AnyDesk Operating Surface is running.
+==== Starting Remote Access ====
+If you have generated a password for unattended access, please send the address of your PC together with the password of your choice to FAST Protect GmbH, if you need assistance.
+If you want to allow the access every time, start AnyDesk and send the AnyDesk Address from tab "New Connection" to FAST Protect. When we start AnyDesk to connect, a window will open where you can "Accept" or "Dismiss" our connection request.
