===== .NET 8 Runtime Installation =====
Some subsystem plugins require .NET runtime installations. It happens under Windows Server that the .NET runtime version can not be installed with the Terra4D installer. As result .NET plugins can not be started (more information can be found in Windows Event Viewer). If this happens please install the following package manually:
C:\Program Files (x86)\FASTProtect\Terra4D\bin\dotnet-runtime-8.0.5-win-x64.exe
