====== Avigilon ACC Integration ======
With Terra 4D version 2.8 the Avigilon ACC was integrated.

===== Supported features: =====
  * Live video
  * Playback video
  * Video export
  * PTZ control absolute, continuous, preset
  * Import camera list
  * Events

===== Known issues: =====
  * no support of relay outputs because these can not be set to 1 or 0 through the SDK (only triggered)
  * no support of digital inputs because there is no entity available through the SDK
  * PTZ control works only if the camera is recognized as absolute positioning camera in ACC

===== Installation instructions: =====
  * Avigilon Runtime SDK installation on TERRA 4D client and server is required (Install AvigilonControlCenterSDK-6.14.22.6.exe); for older ACC versions use the older SDK runtime package too
  * create a subsystem plugin device with following settings:
      * TCP port: 38880
